Group Makeup (booking fee only)

Service Description

**PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING Let us transform you into the bunch of Queen's that you girls are for your special event! It is our passion to create a fresh, flawless look for yourself and your girls along with bringing you a relaxed and happy vibe while you sip on champagne and get ready for your day or night out! This is your booking fee only, required for professional makeup with Lenise. This service includes strip or individual lashes for each person in the booking if required. This a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This booking fee is then deducted from the total cost of the booking and is not an additional fee. Any group booking that requires a re-schedule less than 8 weeks prior to the booked date will forfeit the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure the new date. All group bookings & timing are individually quoted. To obtain a quote, please fill in your details on our 'EVENT QUOTE FORM' located in our 'BRIDAL QUOTE' tab. Due to our high requests for bookings, receiving a makeup quote or having any makeup trials booked in does not ‘hold’ your date. No dates are secured until a booking fee has been paid for that date. We will always do our best to accomodate changes in any way, however, any changes you wish to make in regards to the amount of people, timing or location after your date has been secured will be pending on availability. If your booking numbers decrease below the minimum quoted and paid, you will still be required to pay the full amount of the original minimum required. In the unlikely event that Lenise can no longer be there to complete makeup for the secured date, you will be notified of such situation & your booking will be covered with another highly recommend artist on our team. In preparation for your makeup, Lenise asks that each of you select one image of her work that you would love to use as your inspiration for your glam. The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid in cash on the day upon our arrival or alternatively you can request to settle the final transfer 14 days prior to your bridal booking. Photographs: With consent, we have the right to photograph/film and post them for promotional purposes. By clicking 'book now' & securing in your date, you are stating you have read & are agreeing to the above terms & conditions for your booking.

Cancellation Policy

No booking is secure until a booking fee has been paid. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable. In the event that you require to cancel an in salon appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the booking fee will be forfeited entirely. If a single, in salon appointment cancellation is required with more than 48 hours notice, you have the option to transfer the booking fee to secure another appointment, subject to availability.
