Service Description

**PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING Let us transform you into the Queen that you are on your special day! It is our passion to create a fresh, flawless look for yourself and your bride squad along with bringing you a relaxed and happy vibe while you sip on mimosas and get ready and pampered to marry the man of your dreams! This is your booking fee only, required for professional bridal makeup with Lenise. This service includes strip or individual lashes for each person in the booking if required. This a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This booking fee is then deducted from the total cost of the booking and is not an additional fee. Any booking that requires a re-schedule less than 4 weeks prior to the booked date will forfeit the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure the new date. All wedding bookings & timing are individually quoted. To obtain a quote, please fill in your details on our bridal quote form located in our 'BRIDAL QUOTE' tab. Please note that receiving a quote and/or booking a bridal trial does not hold your wedding date. No wedding dates are held or secured under any circumstances until a booking fee has been paid for that date. In preparation for your bridal makeup, Lenise asks that you select one image of her work for yourself as the bride and also the bridal party that you would love to use as your inspiration for your bridal glam. The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid in cash on the day upon our arrival or alternatively you can request to settle the final transfer 7 days prior to your bridal booking. Photographs: With consent, we have the right to photograph/film and post them for promotional purposes.

Cancelation Policy

No booking is secure until a booking fee has been paid. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. If you need to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the booking fee completely. If a cancellation/reschedule is required with more than 24 hours notice, you may transfer the booking fee to secure another appointment, pending availability.
