Service Description

**PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING Let us transform you into the bunch of Queen's that you girls are for your special event! It is our passion to create a fresh, flawless look for yourself and your girls along with bringing you a relaxed and happy vibe while you sip on champagne and get ready for your day or night out! This is a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This booking fee is then deducted from the total cost of the booking and is not an additional fee. Any booking that requires a re-schedule less than 4 weeks prior to the booked date will forfeit the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure the new date. All group bookings and timing are individually quoted so please contact us directly, info@lenisepattini.com.au if you wish to obtain a quote for your event. Please note, that a quote does not 'hold' your appointment date. No booking is secure until a booking fee has been paid. This service includes strip or individual lashes for each person in the booking if required. In preparation for your appointment, Lenise asks that you each select one image of her work that you would love to use as your inspiration for your event glam. The remaining balance of your booking will need to be paid in cash on the day upon our arrival or alternatively you can request to settle the final transfer 7 days prior to your event booking. Photographs: With consent, we have the right to photograph/film and post them for promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy

No booking is secure until a booking fee has been paid. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. If you need to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the booking fee completely. If a cancellation/reschedule is required with more than 24 hours notice, you may transfer the booking fee to secure another appointment, pending availability.
