Service Description

**PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING A 2 hour and 15 minute appointment with Lenise for professional makeup and hair styling. This service includes strip lashes if required. Hair styling is limited to dry and basic down styling, curls/waves only. No up styles or pony tails, pinning or braiding. Hair is to be double shampooed the night prior to your appointment with conditioner on the ends only. Hair must then be completely dried off, blow drying your hair as smooth as you can. No straightening / heating irons and NO products. STRICTLY NO DAMP OR WET HAIR ON ARRIVAL. All hair, including extensions of any type must be CLEAN & COMPLETELY DRY when you arrive. Hair drying or blow waving is not included in this service. Any wet/damp hair or roots will not be able to be styled and full payment will still be charged. If you bring in your own clip in hair extensions to be applied, an additional charge will be added to your service and we will need to be notified of this prior to booking your appointment. In preparation for your appointment, Lenise asks that you select one image of her work that you would love to use as your inspiration for your event glam. The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid in CASH at the time of your appointment. Any eftpos services incur a surcharge upon payment. AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS ARE ACCEPTED! Photographs: With consent, we have the right to photograph/film and post them for promotional purposes.

Cancelation Policy

No booking is secure until a booking fee has been paid. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. If you need to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the booking fee completely. If a cancellation/reschedule is required with more than 24 hours notice, you may transfer the booking fee to secure another appointment, pending availability.
